Position Summary:
The Mobile App Developer will design, develop, and maintain mobile/desktop applications for iOS, Android. Windows, and Mac platforms. This role requires proficiency in programming languages as well as experience with modern mobile development frameworks and best practices. The Mobile App Developer will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other developers to create seamless, user-friendly experiences while embracing the latest technologies to enhance app performance and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Base salary for this role is between 120,000-140,000 depending on your unique mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality mobile applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in the C++ Qt Framework. Occasionally writes Swift, Kotlin, Java, and other relevant technologies as needed.
- Deploy applications to the Google Play store, Apple App store, and the Microsoft store.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications for performance and user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Implement testing strategies to ensure app reliability and performance.
- Ensure applications are compliant with security standards and best practices.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and improvements to existing mobile applications.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides for mobile apps.
- Embraces corporate AI initiatives and strategically implements AI features
- Communication: Effectively convey ideas, challenges, and solutions to team members, stakeholders, and non-technical users, fostering collaboration and understanding.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify issues, find innovative solutions, and ensure efficient app development and operation.
- Adaptability: Stay flexible and open to learning new tools, frameworks, and technologies, including emerging trends like AI, cloud integration, and cross-platform development.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team, supporting developers, designers, and project managers to meet deadlines and produce high-quality apps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7 Years of experience preferred
- Proven experience in mobile app development, with a portfolio of apps available on the App Store, Google Play Store, or Github.
- Strong proficiency in the Qt Framework, in iOS ,Android, MacOS, and Windows development environments.
- Familiarity with mobile app frameworks and development tools (e.g., Android Studio, Xcode, QtCreator).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, including CI/CD through typical yaml based automation.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and mobile best practices.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven mobile solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence in a Kanban or Scrum style project.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
